This is a very fine figure from sculptor John Rosengrant.  Clad in the OD 1943 jacket, scarf, pants and black buckled boots, this GI stands with his Garand slung over his right shoulder and a cigarette in his left hand.  His mouth is open as if talking.

The sculpting is very sharp and this is a figure that should grace many vignettes or dioramas.
