While long out of production, and of very specialized use, this is still a nice rendition of a sleeping soldier in his bag. It's a one-piece affair, not surprisingly. The only other accessory is the generic pack with the M1 helmet atop.

If you need a sleeping soldier in a sleeping bag, this is a good choice. In fact, it's one of only two choices; the other one I'm aware of is from Mustang and also out of production.
