U.S. MP Ardennes 1944 #2
Modeling the U.S. Army in WWII

MK35
F114

This soldiers stands with a Garand slung over his right shoulder and his left arm pointing the way for soldiers or vehicles. He wears the wool melton greatcoat, cartridge pouches on his belt and a woolen cap under his helmet. Noteworthy are the boots, which are the high-laced style common to paratroopers (but often bartered for by other soldiers).

The figure is flawlessly cast without any seams or flash. No decals are provided for the helmet or armband, so you might want to track down Hudson & Allen’s “U.S. Airborne Markings” which includes those items. Overall, this is an excellent piece of work for an Ardennes or German winter setting.
