GI in Overcoat #1
Modeling the U.S. Army in WWII

MK35
F007

This figure goes well with the "G.I. in Overcoat #2" from MK 1/35. Like the other, he’s wearing the long wool melton overcoat and canvas leggings, but wears no belt or gear. His left hand is in his pocket; his right hangs along his side. He comes with an M1 Garand that you can sling over his shoulder (you provide the sling). His face has the expression of confusion or apprehension. He could be standing next to the other figure trying to figure out how to remove a jeep from a snow bank, or could be adapted as a retreating infantryman or POW during the Ardennes fighting. The sculpting is typical for this line of figures, good but not up to par with Warriors or Verlinden. There are no seams or flash to deal with. The only assembly is to attach the head to the rest of the body and add the rifle if you choose. The figure scales under 6’. This is a decent figure that can be used in a variety of situations.
