U.S. Combat Medic ETO 1944-1945

This is a simple figure very nicely rendered. The body is one piece, with only a head and two canteens to attach. Sculptor Anders Heintz nails the details of the uniform and medic bags just right. The chap is a bit high-waisted or his Parsons jacket is a bit on the short side, but these fellows were not avatars of fashion. And while the box art puts him in the ETO, there's nothing out of line here for using him in North Africa or Italy.

The casting is crisp, with only a bit of cleanup beneath the medic bags and on top of the helmet. The figure scales out to 6'.

This will be a good addition to many settings with a gathering of infantry.
