Hasegawa
Modeling the U.S. Army in WWII

Hasegawa is more known for its planes and 1/72 scale AFV kits, but they came out with a few sets of 1/35 figures. They were packaged as two identical sets of four figures, with no extra equipment (at least not in the set of German winter soldiers I have). In the $28 range, they're rather pricey for plastic figures, and not as well defined as DML products.
Still, if you're working on a Tarawa or Guadalcanal diorama, their Marines might come in handy.
